
Yesterday we posted the rumours, today SEGA officially confirmed that it’s in development: The Conduit 2.
The Conduit 2 is planned for ‘Fall 2010′ and will contain single and multiplayer modes as well as off and online co-op modes. It will also support the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, Wii Speak™ and offers increased multiplayer security.
SEGA opened an official website, which is -as you’d expect- rather empty now but does contain some screenshots.
*After its name, screenshots and video’s it now seems the official soundtrack of Sonic the Hedgehog 4 has been leaked..
*Worthplaying posted two sets of new screenshots, one of Alpha Protocol, the other of Tournament of Legends.
*PlatinumGames already announced a ‘late 2010′ Japanese release date for Vanquish, but now also a confirmed it’s Western debut will coincide with Japan.
*After Burner Climax also got a release date; the game will hit XBLA April 21st and PSN April 22nd.

*Another game we completely forgot about is the Wii version of Sakura Wars entitled Sakura Wars, so long my love. Jeuxvideo woke us up with some new screenshots. The game is due early next month (in Europe) but won’t be published by SEGA.
*Iron Man 2 will be published by SEGA and its European release date will be April 30, a week before the movie hits the big screen.

*Platinumgames weren’t happy at all with the PS3 version of Bayonetta done by SEGA. Shinji Mikami says it’s one of the reasons their new game (Vanquish) will be developed with a focus on the PS3 version.
*Aliens vs. Predator might be selling very well, Rebellion still had to close one of their UK studios in Derby and cut staff from their Oxford branch. Full story HERE.

*We’re not so fond Game Informer’s recent review scores (i.e. Aliens vs. Predator), but they did gain a nice exclusive; new Sonic the Hedgehog 4 screenshots. TSSZ news posted them.
*One of the main criticisms seen in Aliens vs. Predator reviews was the lack of content. Well, SEGA (or rather, Rebellion) listened and came up with: two new multiplayer maps (for six different modes) and two new survivor maps. Good news, but there’s a catch; this pack will cost you 560 MS points. Hmm..
*Project DIVA was a minor success for SEGA Japan so it’s only natural they started working on a sequel. Jeuxvideo posted the first screenshots.
