*Yesterday we posted the release date of Resonance of Fate (same game, different title, confusing!) but our source was wrong. The game will be released a full month earlier: January 28, 2010 for both the PS3 and XBOX360.

*Resonance of Fate gets a (Japanese) date. The game will make its way to shops in the land of the rising sun February 28, 2010.

*SEGA Japan added a long Phantasy Star Portable 2 trailer to Youtube. This game deserves a Western release!
*Yet another character joins the Sonic & SEGA All-stars Racing crew; Akira is likely to be one of the playable characters. (thanks: SegaOnline).
*Highwaygames posted some cabinet pictures of the new/old Daytona game; SEGA Racing classic. It also lists some of its features.
*Last week we announced that Aliens vs Predator would be showcased on the Major League Gaming show in the USA, now news reached us that European (well, UK) gamers need not to miss out, as they’ll be able to sample the game at the Eurogamer Expo 2009.

*It’s been a while since we reported on the latest PlaySEGA happenings but to celebrate the opening of the VIP section, PlaySEGA are now giving away free joypads (shaped liked those excellent Saturn pads, they still rule) with said accounts.
*Gamefront posted an updated PAL release schedule from SEGA. It’s in German but you should be able to understand it anyway.
*Got a Wii and looking for some SEGA games you might have missed before? Take a look at the BlahDVD site for a special ‘2 for £25′ promotion. Games included are The House of the Dead 2&3 return, The House of the Dead: Overkill and Ghost Squad.
*Sales of Mario & Sonic are booming, sales in Japan are slow. Just a single game made the all-format top 30; Phantasy Star Portable (PSP the Best version).

*Senile Team announced the ‘Rush Rush Rally Racing - Deluxe Edition’. It comes in a double CD case and includes the following extras: a spine-card, a soundtrack CD, a full-colour manual (with more pages) and a set of stickers. It can be ordered directly from Redspotgames.

*Now that the Japanese PS3/360 Bayonetta demos were released some more videos hit the net. Gametrailers uploaded five new trailers.

*Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games is almost here and that didn’t go unnoticed. The game shot up to #2 in Play.com’s Wii pre-order chart, while the DS version ranked 3rd. Football Manager 2010 did even better, claiming the top spot.
